Welcome to AURA. Our collections are crafted with deep respect for the heritage, craftsmanship, and handloom traditions of Assam and the Northeast Indian region. Because our items are handmade and delicate, we maintain specific return and replacement guidelines.

Handloom & Craft Specifications

Muga & Pat Silk: Aura clothing is woven on traditional wooden looms. Due to the purely organic, manual process, minor variations in weave, texture, and thread alignment are natural characteristics, confirming their authentic handloom origin rather than machine-made uniformity.

Traditional Jewelry: Our jewelry utilizes a pure silver base layered with authentic gold polish (Kesa Son technique) or copper base alloys. Each setting, gemstone, and gold leaf polish is applied individually by master craftsmen in regional ateliers.

Traditional Clothing Policy

We accept returns and replacements for our traditional clothing (Mekhela Sador, Saree, and Ethnic Wear) within **7 days** of delivery, subject to strict verification protocols:

Unboxing Video RequirementThe customer must record a continuous video starting from the sealed delivery package all the way through the unboxing of the item. This video must clearly show the shipping label and capture the exact moment the product is unpacked.

Defect VerificationIf any manufacturing defect is clearly visible in the unboxing video, we will gladly accept the return or process a replacement. If no defect is visible in the unboxing video, the return or replacement request will not be considered.

No Stretching or Damage After DeliveryWe will not consider returns or replacements if the clothing is stretched, tried on roughly, or damaged in any way post-delivery. Traditional silks have delicate natural weaves that can easily pull or stretch out of shape if mishandled.

Please note: All requests for returns or replacements must be submitted via email to support@xunalixuta.com within **7 days** of receipt, along with the unboxing video.

Traditional Jewelry Policy

No Returns AcceptedWe do not accept returns for jewelry items under any circumstances. We only offer replacements.

If you receive a jewelry item with a manufacturing defect, you can request a **replacement** within **7 days** of receiving the product. To qualify for a replacement:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
Proof of purchase and receipt details must be provided.
